  • National Police Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (if available)       
  • Additional Documents you feel necessary to your application.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

Please also email all relevant documents at the time of filling out your employment application to admin@centralishomecare.com.au clearly stating your name together with a subject heading FURTHER TO MY ONLINE APPLICATION.

If you are successful in acquiring an interview we may ask to see proof of qualifications or other necessary documentation.
